Terms and Conditions

Secure gaming information available at Admiralbet.

Introduction

AdmiralBet website is operated by Admiral Sport S.r.l., which holds a state license (called concession) from the ADM (the Italian gambling authority).
For you as a player, this means something important: by joining AdmiralBet, you are not entering the grey market. You are entering a system where every action – from placing a bet to withdrawing your winnings – is recorded, regulated and monitored. The “Terms of Use” are not just internal rules drawn up by the company. They apply alongside your player account agreement, the official ADM rules, as well as national and European laws.
So, before you start betting on sports, playing casino or poker, you are asked to accept the Terms of Use. They are the system required by ADM and guarantee that your game is fair, secure and properly monitored.

Opening an Account

To play for real money, you will first need a gaming account. It is not difficult to create one, but there are steps that cannot be skipped.

  • You fill in your personal details;
  • You accept the terms of the contract and the Terms of Use;
  • You upload a valid ID document (front and back).

The last point is extremely important. Without a valid ID, your account cannot be opened. You have 30 days from the date of registration to send the document. If you miss this deadline, the account will be blocked. After 60 days, if the problems are not corrected, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reactivated.

ADM rules also allow you to have only one active account at AdmiralBet. After closing an account, you should wait 15 days before opening a new account. This ensures the security of the system.

After activating your account, you receive personal login details (username and password). You are responsible for their safety – losing them or passing them on to third parties is at your own risk. AdmiralBet is not responsible for the use of your login by third parties.

One more thing: ADM’s anti-money laundering (AML) rules allow AdmiralBet to request additional documents at any time. This may happen if there is a disaccordance between your data and your profile data. It may seem like something unnecessary, but this is how the system ensures security.

Account Management and Transactions

Once you open an account, all your actions – bets, winnings, refunds, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals – are recorded there. The account is your „hub“ and everything you do goes through it.

Deposits can be made in several ways:

  • Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard;
  • E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill or Neteller;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Paysafecard;
  • Cash at Admiral retail locations (with ID verification).

Withdrawals work in a similar way. You submit a request in the Withdrawal section of your account, choosing your preferred method. Most methods are available (e.g. Visa, bank transfer or e-wallets), although some may charge a small fee. Cash withdrawals at retail locations are also possible, but are subject to restrictions set by law and Admiral.

There is one important condition: withdrawals are only processed with valid documents and verification of your account. This is part of AML compliance. If something looks unusual – such as very high or repeated transfers – AdmiralBet may adjust your deposit or withdrawal limits, always notifying you in advance.

Every transaction is recorded both in your account and in the central ADM system. This means that your bets and withdrawals are stored not only by AdmiralBet, but also by the regulator. For you, this serves as a kind of receipt: confirmation that the game is official and legally recognized.

If you are interested in the timing: you have up to three years to withdraw funds from the account. After that, if no movement is recorded, the account becomes “dormant”, and the entire remaining balance is transferred to the treasury.

Game Rules

Each game on AdmiralBet – sports, casino, poker, bingo – has its own set of rules. These are not optional recommendations, but official regulations approved by ADM.

In practice, this means:

  • Each game has minimum and maximum bets;
  • The maximum payout amount is set by law;
  • The odds or payout percentages must be clearly stated.

You will find detailed information in the Rules or Help sections of the site. Links are available for sports betting, slot machines and casino games, poker and bingo. Every time ADM updates a rule (for example, when the maximum payout amount changes), AdmiralBet is obliged to immediately update the site.

So when you place a bet or start a game, you know that the numbers you see are not randomly selected by the operator. They are fixed in the rules and published openly. This way, everyone plays on equal terms.

Responsible Gaming

AdmiralBet doesn’t just offer games; it also has to promote responsible gaming. ADM requires licensed operators to provide tools that allow players to control their habits.

The main ones are:

  • Deposit limits: When you register, you must set a weekly deposit limit. You can lower it immediately, and it takes seven days to increase it;
  • Self-exclusion: You can block yourself from playing for 30, 60, 90 days, or permanently. Permanent exclusion can only be revoked after six months upon written request;
  • Partial exclusion: You can block only one type of game (such as casino or poker) for a chosen period;
  • While self-excluded, you cannot deposit or bet on AdmiralBet or any other licensed site in UK – the block applies throughout the country. However, you can still withdraw your funds.

In addition to the tools, AdmiralBet also displays warnings, makes RTP and odds transparent. We also provide contact details for support centers specializing in gambling addiction.

These measures are designed to help you control your gambling before it becomes a real problem.

Account Blocking and Closure

Sometimes an account has to be blocked or closed. This can happen automatically or at AdmiralBet’s discretion (always in accordance with ADM’s rules).

Examples:

  • If you do not provide a valid ID within 30 days of registration, the account will be blocked;
  • AdmiralBet is required to block your account if requested by ADM or the courts;
  • If there are signs of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing, AdmiralBet may act immediately;
  • Accounts that have been inactive for 36 months become “dormant” and are closed.

Players also have the right to close their accounts at any time they want. The conditions are: there are no pending bets, and the balance is zero.

The rules may seem strict, but they are created to ensure safety. They protect against money laundering, manipulation fraud.

Malfunctions and Disconnections

No platform is perfect, and AdmiralBet has rules in case of problems. The good news is that you do not have to guess what will happen – the rules are written in advance.

If the error is on AdmiralBet’s side (for example, the central system has failed), your bets are cancelled and returned. You do not lose money due to a technical failure.

If the problem is on your side (for example, losing the internet connection during the game), the rules are slightly different:

  • Casino: if you disconnect during a game, your bet is kept until the end of the game. You will either return to the game from where you left, or the system will complete the play and calculate your balance;
  • Poker: In cash games, your chips are reserved. In tournaments, your chips are gradually deducted until you reconnect (or until the game ends). When you log back in, you will be returned to your table if you are still playing;
  • Slots: The system will freeze the interrupted spin. When you log back in, you will continue the spin from where you left off, or the spin will end automatically if your choice was irrelevant.

Freezing the screen can be stressful, but these procedures ensure that you do not lose money unfairly. The system keeps your funds safe until the game is correctly finished.

Intellectual Property

Everything you see on AdmiralBet – logos, design, software – belongs to AdmiralBet or its licensed providers. You can play the games, but you can’t copy them, publish them or run them anywhere else.

This also means no installing the software on your own servers, no sublicensing, and no distributing the content outside the platform. (And yes, even screenshots are restricted if you plan to use them for commercial purposes.)

Privacy and Personal Data

When you open an account, you provide rather sensitive information: your name, tax code, a copy of your ID, even your address. It’s natural to ask: where does all this go?

AdmiralBet is required to act according to the European GDPR. This means that your data is used only to manage your account (deposits, withdrawals, identity verification, fraud prevention).

And you are not powerless against this. If there is something wrong with your profile, you can ask for it to be corrected. You can also find out what data the company actually stores about you. In some cases, you can even ask for it to be deleted.

AdmiralBet is legally responsible for the security of your information and cannot act on its own. Also, there is an arbitrator – the UK Data Protection Authority. It ensures operators to comply with all the rules.

So even if you never look at the full privacy policy, it must be clear that your data is stored in a system controlled by ADM and EU law. And if you feel that something goes wrong, you have the right to change that.

Complaints

Sometimes the things don’t go as expected. A payout doesn’t look right, a withdrawal takes longer than it should, or you just don’t think the rules have been applied fairly… In such cases, you won’t be left without an answer.
The first step is simple: text to AdmiralBet support (supporto@admiralbet.it). They are obliged to register your complaint and respond. If you are not satisfied, you can also contact ADM, the national authority, directly. They have their own channel for player complaints.
So you start with AdmiralBet, but if you feel the problem is not resolved, you can take it to a third-party arbitrator.

Applicable Law and Changes

All agreements on AdmiralBet are governed by Italian law. This means that in the event of a dispute, the Italian rules will govern.
The Terms themselves may change – gambling legislation is often updated, and operators have to adapt. When changes occur, AdmiralBet is obliged to publish them on the website and send you a notification (by email or directly in your personal account). You are always aware of changes in the rules.
This is not a hidden process. Updates are necessary to ensure that the platform complies with ADM and EU standards.
